All-National Circus Art Festival with an international scope
После сложного и непредсказуемого 2020 года, когда во всем мире одно за другим отменялись массовые мероприятия, в том числе и цирковые фестивали, 2021 год стал годом надежд и новых перспектив.
Именно поэтому мы даём старт Всероссийскому фестивалю циркового искусства «Принцесса цирка», который, надеемся, станет символом возвращения к прежней жизни!
Приглашаем ярких, смелых и самых одаренных цирковых артисток из всех уголков России, а также других стран мира, принять участие в этом празднике красоты, грации и изящества, прикоснуться к сказке и почувствовать себя героиней волшебного мира, полного магии и чудес – ЦИРКА!
Наш фестиваль – единственный в мире конкурс, который подчеркивает роль женщины в цирковом мире.
Поддерживая талантливых цирковых артисток, мы вносим свой вклад в будущее циркового искусства, в развитие всей отрасли, делаем инвестиции в будущее цирка.
Фестиваль «Принцесса цирка» проводится в рамках реализации национального проекта «Культура» при финансовой поддержке Министерства культуры Российской Федерации, а также при непосредственном участии «РОСИНФОРМРАЗВИТИЯ».

After a difficult and unpredictable year 2020, when mass events, including circus festivals, were canceled one after another all over the world, 2021 has become a year of hopes and new perspectives.
That is why we are launching the All-National Circus Art Festival "The Circus Princess", which we hope, will be a symbol of the return to the former life!
We invite the brightest, bravest and most gifted circus performers from all over Russia, as well as other countries of the world, to take part in this festival of beauty and grace, touch the fairy tale and feel like a heroine of a magical world full of miracles – the CIRCUS!
Our festival is the only competition in the world that emphasizes the role of women in the circus world. By supporting talented circus artists, we are contributing to the future of circus art, to the development of the entire industry, making investments in the future of the circus.
Festival “The Circus Princess” is held as part of the implementation of the national project "Culture", with financial support from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, as well as with the direct participation of “ROSINFORMRAZVITIE”.

Colorful original performances, prepared by talented circus artists, reflect the high level of training of the participants and open up further prospects in the development of their professional careers.
The festival invariably attracts the attention of true connoisseurs of circus circle art, helps viewers from different generations come closer to understanding of the circus art beauty.

The Federal State Enterprise “Russian State Circus Company” – the largest circus company in the world.The company “Rosgoscirk” was established after the breakdown of USSR and became a successor of Soyuzgoscirk.It unites 37 stationary circuses and 5 circus tents all over Russia. There are more than four thousand employees in Rosgoscirk. The artists are the company's greatest asset. There are hundreds winners of the most prestigious international festivals and contests among them.
Industry expert organization in the sphere of development of informational and civil society uniting more than 150 experts of international, federal and regional levels.
Every festival participant and accompanying persons are obliged to present one of the following documents to the organizers upon arrival at the central festival’s venue in Saratov:
Medical document confirming a negative laboratory PCR-test result for a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 (valid for 72 hours);
Certificate of completion of the full course of vaccination against coronavirus COVID-19 in electronic form or on paper (the document must be valid for 180 days from the date of issue);
Certificate of a previous coronavirus disease, with a confirmed negative test result upon recovery (this should be indicated in the document), or an electronic certificate from the personal account (if no more than 6 months have passed since recovery).
Persons who have not provided the necessary documents will not be allowed to participate in the festival. In this case, the costs, associated with travel, meals and accommodation of these persons will be borne by themselves or their official representatives.
